DAY 1
Arrival Madurai – City Sightseeing

Arrive at Madurai Airport and meet your representative. Proceed for sightseeing of Madurai before checking in to your hotel.

Madurai, one of India’s oldest living cities, is famed for the magnificent Meenakshi Amman Temple, vibrant bazaars, Thirumalai Nayakar Palace, and a deep-rooted spiritual culture that thrives amid lively streets and traditional Tamil life.

Overnight: Madurai

DAY 2
Madurai – Drive to Kodaikanal

After breakfast, drive to Kodaikanal (Approx. 120 km / 3.5–4 hours), enjoying scenic hill roads and forest views.

Kodaikanal, the “Princess of Hill Stations,” is known for its tranquil lake, mist-covered valleys, pine forests, waterfalls, and panoramic viewpoints, offering a refreshing escape with cool weather, scenic walks, and serene natural surroundings.

On arrival, check in and relax. Evening free for leisure walks or enjoying the cool mountain air.

Overnight: Kodaikanal

DAY 3
Kodaikanal – Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the natural beauty of Kodaikanal.

Begin the day with a visit to Kodaikanal Lake, a serene, star-shaped lake surrounded by greenery, ideal for a morning walk or optional boating.

Proceed to Coaker’s Walk, a scenic paved pathway offering breathtaking valley views, especially beautiful in the early hours.

Continue to Bryant Park, a well-maintained botanical garden showcasing exotic flowers and plant species.

Visit Pillar Rocks, three towering rock formations set against a dramatic backdrop, followed by Green Valley View (Suicide Point) for sweeping views of the plains below.

Later, explore Guna Caves, surrounded by dense pine forests, adding a touch of mystery to the landscape.

End the day at Silver Cascade Falls, a picturesque waterfall near the town, before returning to your hotel for relaxation.

Kodaikanal – Drive to Madurai Airport | Departure

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Madurai Airport (approx. 135 Kms / 3.5 to 4 hours) for your onward journey, concluding a rejuvenating blend of culture and hill-country charm.
