DAY 1
Arrival Varanasi

Arrive at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station and transfer to your hotel.

The eternal city on the banks of the Ganga, Varanasi is Hinduism’s holiest pilgrimage center, known for ancient temples, sacred ghats, powerful rituals, and nearby Buddhist heritage at Sarnath.

Evening visit to the ghats to witness the world-famous Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, a deeply spiritual and visually captivating ceremony.

Dinner at hotel.



Overnight: Varanasi
DAY 2
Varanasi – Hindu Temples & Buddhist Sarnath

Early morning sunrise boat ride on the River Ganges, witnessing life along the ghats.

After breakfast, proceed for temple sightseeing:

Kashi Vishwanath Temple (Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva): One of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, this sacred temple symbolizes liberation and divine energy, drawing millions of devotees seeking moksha in the eternal city of Kashi.

Annapurna Temple: Annapurna Temple is dedicated to Goddess Annapurna, the deity of nourishment and abundance, revered for blessings of food, prosperity, and spiritual fulfillment for devotees.

Kalabhairav Temple: Kalabhairav Temple honors Lord Kalabhairav, the fierce guardian form of Shiva, believed to protect devotees, punish injustice, and remove fear, negativity, and obstacles.

Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple: Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple is devoted to Lord Hanuman, worshipped for strength, courage, and relief from troubles, mental stress, and life’s hardships.

Later, visit Sarnath, the most sacred Buddhist site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon:

Dhamek Stupa: Dhamek Stupa marks the site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon, symbolizing the beginning of Buddhism and attracting pilgrims seeking peace, wisdom, and enlightenment.

Chaukhandi Stupa: Chaukhandi Stupa commemorates the meeting of Lord Buddha with his first disciples, standing as a historical landmark reflecting Buddhist heritage, devotion, and ancient architectural significance.

Sarnath Museum (closed Fridays): Sarnath Museum houses important Buddhist relics, sculptures, and the Ashokan Lion Capital, offering deep insights into Buddhist art, history, and archaeology; remains closed on Fridays.

Overnight: Varanasi
DAY 3
Varanasi → Ayodhya

After breakfast, drive to Ayodhya (approx. 220 km / 4 hours).

The sacred birthplace of Lord Shri Ram, Ayodhya is one of Hinduism’s seven holy cities, steeped in Ramayana legends, devotion, temple culture, and serene riverfront spirituality.

Check in at hotel and proceed for darshan:

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple: Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple marks the sacred birthplace of Lord Rama, symbolizing faith, devotion, and cultural heritage, attracting millions of devotees and pilgrims from across India.

Hanuman Garhi: Hanuman Garhi is a revered hilltop temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, believed to protect Ayodhya and grant strength, courage, and fulfillment of devotees’ wishes.

Kanak Bhawan: Kanak Bhawan is a beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Rama and Sita, gifted to Sita by Queen Kaikeyi, admired for its ornate architecture and devotional ambiance.

DAY 4
Ayodhya → Prayagraj (Allahabad)

After breakfast, drive to Prayagraj (approx. 170 km / 3.5–4 hours).

A revered pilgrimage city where the Ganga, Yamuna, and mystical Saraswati meet, Prayagraj is famous for the Triveni Sangam, Kumbh Mela, and deep Vedic traditions.

On arrival, check in and proceed for sightseeing:

Triveni Sangam (holy confluence) – boat ride optional: Triveni Sangam is the sacred confluence of Ganga, Yamuna, and mythical Saraswati rivers, revered for ritual baths, prayers, and optional boat rides.

Anand Bhavan (Nehru family residence): Anand Bhavan is the historic residence of the Nehru family, now a museum showcasing India’s freedom movement, personal artifacts, and insights into Jawaharlal Nehru’s life.

Hanuman Mandir (Sangam area): Hanuman Mandir near Sangam features a unique reclining idol of Lord Hanuman, worshipped for strength, protection, and blessings by pilgrims visiting the holy confluence.

Alopi Devi Temple: Alopi Devi Temple is a sacred Shakti Peeth where no idol is worshipped, symbolizing divine presence through an empty altar, associated with Goddess Sati’s last rites.

Overnight: Prayagraj
DAY 5
Prayagraj – Chitrakoot Day Excursion

After early breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Chitrakoot (approx. 115 km / 3 to 3.5 hours one way).

A tranquil forested pilgrimage town where Lord Ram spent years of exile, Chitrakoot is filled with sacred hills, river ghats, caves, and sites deeply connected to the Ramayana.

Visit sacred sites associated with Lord Ram:

Ramghat: Ramghat is a sacred riverside spot on the Mandakini River, associated with Lord Rama’s exile, where pilgrims perform rituals, prayers, and holy dips.

Kamadgiri Parikrama: Kamadgiri Parikrama is a revered circumambulation path around Kamadgiri hill, believed to fulfill wishes and commemorate Lord Rama’s stay in Chitrakoot.

Hanuman Dhara: Hanuman Dhara is a hillside shrine with a natural water stream flowing over Lord Hanuman’s idol, symbolizing cooling of his anger and divine grace.

Sita Rasoi: Sita Rasoi is believed to be the ancient kitchen of Goddess Sita, marking her stay in Chitrakoot and symbolizing simplicity, devotion, and domestic harmony.

Bharat Milap Temple: Bharat Milap Temple commemorates the emotional reunion of Lord Rama and Bharat, symbolizing brotherly love, sacrifice, devotion, and righteousness.

Return to Prayagraj by evening.

DAY 6
Prayagraj → Varanasi

After breakfast, drive back to Varanasi (approx. 120 km / 2.5 to 3 hours).

Check in at hotel. Evening free for personal rituals, temple visits, or shopping for Banarasi silk and spiritual souvenirs.

Optional second visit to Ganga Aarti.



Overnight: Varanasi
DAY 7
Varanasi – Departure

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Varanasi Airport or Railway Station for onward journey.
