DAY 1
Arrival Guwahati – Shillong

Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport, meet your representative and drive to Shillong
(Approx. 100 km / 3–4 hours).

En route, stop at Umiam Lake for panoramic views of the reservoir and surrounding hills.

On arrival in Shillong, check in to your hotel.

Evening at leisure—ideal for a relaxed walk around Ward’s Lake or exploring local cafés.



Overnight: Shillong
DAY 2
Shillong Exploration

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Shillong and its surroundings.

Visits may include Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls, and local viewpoints. Time can also be spent exploring markets and the laid-back café culture of Police Bazaar.

Alternatively, keep the day unstructured for leisurely walks through pine forests or quiet downtime.



Overnight: Shillong
DAY 3
Shillong – Shnongpdeng (Umngot River)

After breakfast, depart for Shnongpdeng, a tranquil riverside village near Dawki (Approx. 80 km / 3 hours).

On arrival, check in to your riverside camp or eco-lodge.

Spend the afternoon enjoying the crystal-clear Umngot River—boating, swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the riverbanks (activities subject to season and water levels).

Evening bonfire by the river.



Overnight: Shnongpdeng
DAY 4
Shnongpdeng Leisure & Adventure

After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure in Shnongpdeng.

Optional activities include cliff jumping, snorkeling, rafting, or guided village walks. For those seeking stillness, the riverbanks offer the perfect setting for reading, photography, or mindful relaxation.

Evening at leisure with dinner under the open sky.

DAY 5
Shnongpdeng – Cherrapunjee (Sohra)

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (Sohra) (Approx. 60 km / 2.5–3 hours).

On arrival, check in to your hotel.

Later, explore Cherrapunjee’s dramatic scenery, including Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the plains of Bangladesh.

Evening at leisure amidst misty mountain air.



Overnight: Cherrapunjee
DAY 6
Cherrapunjee Exploration

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Cherrapunjee.

Options include visits to limestone caves, rainforest walks, waterfalls, or an optional living root bridge walk depending on weather and fitness levels.

This day allows flexibility to experience Sohra at your own pace.



Overnight: Cherrapunjee
DAY 7
Cherrapunjee – Guwahati

After breakfast, check out and begin the drive back to Guwahati (Approx. 150 km / 5–6 hours).

On arrival, check in to your hotel.

Evening at leisure—ideal for a final stroll along the Brahmaputra riverfront or a relaxed dinner.

DAY 8
Guwahati – Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Guwahati Airport for your onward flight, concluding a serene and scenic journey through Meghalaya’s hills, rivers, and rain-country landscapes.
