DAY 1
Arrival Udaipur – Drive to Kumbhalgarh

Upon arrival at Udaipur Airport / Rail Station, transfer to Kumbhalgarh (approx. 96 km / 2 hrs).

In the afternoon, visit Kumbhalgarh Fort, an architectural marvel surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, known for its massive walls and historical significance.



Overnight: Kumbhalgarh
DAY 2
Kumbhalgarh – Ranakpur Jain Temple or Wildlife Trek

After breakfast, choose one of the following experiences:

  • Ranakpur Jain Temple Excursion: Drive approx. 48 km one way to visit the famous marble temple with exquisite carvings.
  • Optional Nature Trek: Trek through Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary toward Ranakpur with a trained Nature Guide (best Oct–Mar). Pickup from the trek exit and transfer to Ranakpur Jain Temple.

Return to Kumbhalgarh for overnight stay.



Overnight: Kumbhalgarh
DAY 3
Kumbhalgarh → Udaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, check out and drive to Udaipur (approx. 86 km / 2 hrs).

On arrival, check in at your hotel and explore:

  • Udaipur City Palace, a magnificent royal complex overlooking Lake Pichola
  • Crystal Gallery, showcasing royal collectibles
  • Vintage Car Museum, featuring classic automobiles of the Mewar royalty
  • Jagdish Temple & Sahelion ki Bari, the historic gardens of Udaipur

Evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, gliding past the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir.



Overnight: Udaipur
DAY 4
Excursion to Chittorgarh Fort

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Chittorgarh Fort (approx. 124 km / 2.5–3 hrs drive one way), the largest fort in India and a symbol of Rajput valor. Explore the fort’s palaces, temples, and towers, witnessing the rich history of Mewar.

Return to Udaipur for overnight stay.

DAY 5
Departure from Udaipur

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Udaipur Airport / Rail Station to board your flight/train to onward destination, concluding your Rajasthan Heritage & Forts Escape.
